Sit on the edge of a chair, with your feet flat on the floor. Place your right hand in chair seat behind, and left hand on your right thigh. Take a deep breath, and exhale as you slowly twist to the right, looking over your right shoulder. Hold the position for a few deep breaths. Slowly return to center, and repeat in the opposite direction…… Prevention January 2013
