I did take in to account, that if chocolate is a “migraine” trigger for you, then this news may be of little help, if you do not eat chocolate, but for any that can eat chocolate–good news.
A new review has confirmed that dark chocolate and other cocoa products with lots of heart-healthy flavonoids CAN lower your blood pressure. The drop in points is low, but if you are borderline for high blood pressure, this can be enough.
Limit is 1 ounce dark chocolate or 3 tablespoons of cocoa a day.
