WEIGHT LOSS: Weight Watchers(online also) has held up well……

Grazing works…..Portion control is crucial….Weigh yourself often…..Low level “slow” exercise(walking, easy bike/elliptical/treadmill) works well, don’t worry about “getting’ your heart rate up” etc……5 or 10 or 15 minutes is worth it……..

Stationary bikes, in front of the TV, are the most used piece of equipment(shops for simple ones, where you can put a laptop in, and put a table next to you…..

…….YouTube works(Pilates: 10 to 60 minutes great YouTube videos)…..Do NOT diet……..consider a stand-up desk, or take a lot of breaks, SITTING IS THE PROBLEM……Consider a Health Club(once you go there, ONLY good things happen…even if you go for only 20 minutes)…..Classes and trainers are good too…..

Consider a Garmin Vivo Fit(it is simple: the battery lasts 1.7 years!!..most of them you need to re-charge every 6 days, not this one…comes in 6 colors…..cheap(BestBuy online price is $51)…..or another FitBit type…

 

Consider: Monday thru Sunday, counting your minutes of exercise..set some goal(1 hour in the beginning, work up to 7 to 10 hours per week: walking, easy bike count, does not have to be tough exercise)…….
