Please Report latest updates to your known patients if anyone was successful to lower their constant head pain a level or two down even with up to 12 treatments!
If someone has a negative reaction would it not show up fairly quickly like an allergic reaction as if trying a new drug once!
This is research not a case Study so I hope you comment! Some have followed the clinical trials in Europe waiting 2 years to finish!

Dr. Robbins please comment so your information may be forwarded to friends who have suffered since childhood nonstop resistant headache!
I am not aware of serious side effects being reported due to SPG blocks and lidocaine; if you have any reference, I would be very interested; SPG blocks have been around since 1914; extremely rare to have anything except momentary local(bad taste etc) effects; felt to be very safe; but I would be interested in any reports….
As far as CGRP studies; these meds will be out this summer(most likely); short term there have been very few adverse effects; what we DON’T know is about long-term(over years) side effects; However, as early as 2019, Amgen will start to have 4 and 5 year data; but those patients have not received the injections continuously, so it will be till the 2030 to 2040 time frame till we may know. This happened with Botox and Triptans; both are out 21 and 25 years now, we know they are safe, but it too this long to really know……
