As reported in the “European Journal of Neurology”, migraine patients are very sensitive to even slight dehydration. Making sure to get enough water intake during the day helps to reduce attacks. This report suggested 8-8oz. glasses a day.
(I know I am “guilty” of too little water.) Good motivation to drink a little more water.
